Tips to Improve Your Environment
Start to make one small change at a time
Switch to non-toxic cleaning products to minimize exposure to chemicals, including fragrances.

Switch to non-toxic personal care products.
Check the EWG Skin Deep and EWG Sunscreen Guides to see ratings on different personal care products.
Open windows on nice days to allow fresh air to circulate
Consider investing in an air purifier for your home or work space
Switch to wooden cutting boards and wood or stainless-steel cooking utensils and ditch the plastic
For food storage, use glass storage containers (i.e. Mason jars) and beeswax wraps when possible
Use stainless steel beverage cups and water bottles rather than plastic.
If you use a tea kettle to boil water, look for one with a stainless-steel liner and components
Do what you can but don’t let it become stressful
